Gyratrix hermaphroditus.
These gorgeous little flatworms are everywhere! Freshwater, brackish and marine habitats.
This individual was found in fresh water. I do have some footage of what I think is a marine Gyratrix which appears to have several different characteristics differentiating it from this little dude here.

Bonus info: that glowing structure at the rear is the penis stylet. Very stylish.
